Patrick Müller is Managing Partner of TCI Transformation Consulting International GmbH and heads the focus team Engineering. Its range of services includes IT strategies, IT architectures and engineering processes.

From trend to ability

One of his consulting topics is “From trend to ability”. He supports companies in learning more about the trends that are important to them and deriving the relevant skills from them.
For example, he advises customers on the skills they need for the megatrend of individualization and how they can then build them up. He builds on 18 years of experience in variant management and variant configuration projects.
In the area of Digital Twin, he is developing a further consulting focus together with other partners.

Patrick Müller is certified Scrum Master and works with methods such as User Centered Design and Design Thinking. In the transformation projects that he carries out together with the partners at TCI, he relies on the method of the Enterprise Transformation Cycle.

Endurance is his strength

Patrick Müller convinces not only in his job with his motivation and perseverance. He is also an avid cross-country skier and triathlete. In 2016 he fulfilled this dream and finished successfully at the Challenge Roth, the world’s largest triathlon over the Ironman distance.
